Groq model retirement dates

When Groq stops serving each model AIWire tracks, as Groq's own pages say. A platform can retire a model before or after the company's own API does; those dates are on the shutdown tracker. Groq's recent notices say their dates apply to free and developer-tier usage; enterprise contracts are not affected.
