Questions
How fast is it?
Model lists and official news are checked every 15 minutes. Deprecation and most pricing pages are read once a day, and Pro hears about those changes about an hour before the free morning email.
The daily read starts at , and the free email goes out at . Pro is faster because each alert is sent as soon as AIWire finds the change, not because pages are fetched more often. Countdown reminders go out each morning on every plan, since they follow a date.
What counts as a new model?
A model that appears in a company's own model list for the first time, from any company AIWire tracks, or only the companies in your stack if you choose. You also get an alert when a company's official post announces a model that isn't in its API yet, and another when it arrives.
What's still free?
Everything on the site, My Stack and its feeds, AIWire Monday, and email alerts for the models in your stack: shutdown and price changes each morning, and reminders 30, 7 and 1 days before a shutdown.
Who handles payment?
Stripe, through Link (link.com), which is the seller. The $5 a month includes any sales tax or VAT. Your statement shows LINK.COM* AIWIRE, and receipts come from Link. Card details go to Stripe and never reach AIWire.
How do I cancel?
Use Manage subscription on your account page, or cancel on link.com. Pro lasts until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account goes back to free. Slack, Discord and webhook destinations are paused, not deleted.
Do I need an account?
Yes, a free one. You sign in with an email link or with GitHub; there's no password. Get Pro takes you through sign-in and back to this page.
