Anthropic launched OpenTelemetry export in beta, letting developers trace Messages API requests and Claude Managed Agents sessions in their observability platforms. The SDK emits spans in Python, TypeScript, C#, Go, Java, PHP, and Ruby, and API spans require adding an OpenTelemetry destination in the Claude Console. The Managed Agents web_search tool now also respects organization-level web search domain restrictions set in the Console, and Managed Agents scheduled deployments are available on Claude Platform on AWS.
