Anthropic released Python SDK v1.17.0. It adds Admin API org webhook endpoints, user profile enforcement events, RBAC group owner-access error codes, and unsupported_charset error documentation for plugin uploads, plus fixes so workspace IDs persist in default_headers on Bedrock/Mantle and Google Cloud clients.
