OpenAI added native Decisions integration in GPT-Live, letting apps act while a user is speaking or react to Live's speech. Live can call Decisions directly via native delegation, or decisions can be triggered as input or output transcript deltas arrive. This applies to the gpt-live-1 and gpt-6-luna models via the v1/live/sessions API.
